My little book of Wizards

I'd like to introduce you to the amazingly knowledgeable health professionals that have all helped me recover my body and mind and learn how to look after myself the natural way - without steroids, beta blockers and anti-depressants. When I hit rock bottom I really needed some guidance, I am incredibly lucky to know these clever wizards of Natural Health.

These gurus really know their stuff.  All professionally qualified with so much experience. They all worked with me face to face or over the internet to change old habits and develop a healthy jollier way to live. I cannot thank them enough.

I was not an easy patient, always very sceptical about natural healing but my experience proves there is value in it. So it is important for me to share their knowledge with you! I continue to work with them all. Not only for my own health but also within the Jolly Allotment community to help others that don't know where to start find the help they need to feel well, jolly and full of energy! 

Every person's body is different, taking care of it is complex but so powerful when you get it right. I cannot recommend a private consultation with any of these wizards highly enough. If I had been more in control of my diet, eaten less sugar, gluten and chemicals the spider that bit me would probably not have affected me the way it did. So my advice would be to take control now because you are worth the effort!
