An exclusive evening of foraging and feasting in the grounds of Castle Howard estate with Chris Bax of Taste the Wild. Feast and taste of foraged foods with supper from the fire in the walled garden with regenerative chef Polly Baldwin and the Jolly Allotment team.
This is an exclusive opportunity to walk the beautiful grounds of Castle Howard whilst learning about wild foods and their benefits from Taste the Wild founder Chris Baxs. An evening to connect with Nature, food and community.
Take a walk in the grounds of Castle Howard and forage for the ingredients you will have the joy of tasting within the menu of this wild supper. Enjoy a Bax Botanics cocktail as you settle in for your three course supper.
This is an exclusive event for a cosy community of people supper will be served in nature under canvas please be aware this is an out door event.
